Responsibilities:
You will be:
- Work proactively for new sales opportunities in Lithuanian market (projects, customers and partners);
- Analyze market and set sales targets;
- Build effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Be in close cooperation with software development teams;
- Act as a Product Owner for new projects, collecting and understanding customer needs;
Requirements:
- Love to sell, proven successful track records in proactive sales;
- Analytical, self-driven, initiative and results-oriented personality;
- Owner approach;
- Solid experience delivering client-focused solutions;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle;
- Be able to communicate in English.
Advantage:
- Ability in collecting client needs and transform them into requirements for software development teams;
- Familiarity with web portals, ERP, CRM, e-commerce or other business process computerization systems;
- Software Engineering/Computer science background.
